The Southeast Veterans Affairs Health Care Clinic is located in Gilbert, Arizona, and primarily serves Veterans on the east side of the Valley, including Ahwatukee, Apache Junction, Casa Grande, Chandler, Coolidge, Florence, Gold Canyon, Mesa, San Tan Valley, Superior, and Queen Creek, Arizona.
The clinic is based on a primary care model of health care that has physicians, physician's assistants, and nurse practitioners who provide care. The clinic has several medical and psychiatric specialties available on site, including psychiatry, psychology, audiology, dental, radiology and physical medicine and rehabilitation. The clinic also has a laboratory draw station and several modalities of telehealth. Each PACT team is partnered with a social worker, pharmacist and dietitian. The clinic does not have an onsite pharmacy, and prescriptions will be filled by mail through the main facility.

Veterans are seen on a walk-in basis or by appointment. If you are ill or have questions about your care, you are encouraged to call the VA Help Line, which is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week at 602-222-6550 (toll-free in Arizona at 1-888-214-7264). Please call to cancel any appointment you cannot keep. This allows us to schedule other patients who may be ill. This allows the staff to schedule other patients who need to receive care. To make appointments more productive, please arrive 30 minutes before the appointment, bring all medications, home blood pressure records, diabetes diary, outside medical records (including those from other VA facilities) and any other pertinent medical information. Parking is free on the premises, and shuttle services are provided to and from the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center on weekdays only, please call 480-264-3572 for assistance.

- Take the Val Vista exit
- Head south for approximately 6.5 miles.
- The clinic will be on the left (east) side of the street.
From Loop 202
- Exit at Val Vista Road and turn north.
- Proceed approximately half a mile.
- The clinic is on the right side of the road just past Market Street.
