The Scott AFB Fam Camp is located at the Scott Lake Recreation area (base access needed), nestled among the trees providing lots of shade in the summer, and looking over the two base fishing lakes. The Fam Camp has 20 RV campsites, each with water and electric hookups. Restrooms, showers, laundry, and a sewage dump station are available to use.
Cost per night for RV's campers using a space is $20.00. Rustic tent camping is allowed anywhere around the lake area (except in the pavilion areas) at a cost of $10.00 per night, per tent. A dry-camp overflow area is also available at $10.00 per night; max capacity 2 campers, first come first served.
The campground rests on nearly 110 acres of beautiful woods with winding trails. Scott Lake offers a variety of fun for the family; including fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking to name only a few. Campsites are available with full, modern hook-up along with more rustic spots for those who wish to tent. Odessa Campground is located 25 minutes west of Klamath Falls, Oregon. From Klamath Falls, OR take Oregon Highway 140 west toward Medford, OR for approximately 22 miles and then turn right onto Forest Service (FS) Road 3639. Odessa Campground is located at the end of FS Road 3639.
Campsites
Each site is allowed only one camping unit and one towing vehicle. All structures other than those which are standard for the RV must be be approved by the ODR director. Please keep mats off the grass and no vehicle parking on grass between campsites.
Quiet Hours
11 p.m. to 7 a.m. are the camp's quiet hours. Generators must not be operated at night.
Pets
We welcome your family pets, but they must be on a leash or inside the trailer at all times. Please clean up after your pet and put them inside at night. Do not leave unattended. NO FENCES OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. Pets are not allowed in the restrooms or the laundry. Pets must be current with all shots and licenses.

Reservations to be made 30 days or less prior to date of check-in. Call ODR or come in person.
Cancellations
Any cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made 48 hours or more before the start of your reservation period. Cancellations or modifications made inside the 48 hour window are not eligible for reimbursement. Cancellation due to military commitment will be refunded 100%; you must show memorandum or proof of orders.
One night forms and drop box is currently available on Bulletin Board at the entrance to FamCamp. No parking on grass, additional parking may be available near Bathhouse. Fires allowed only in Grill Grates, do not build fire rings. Base Fishing Permit required for Scott Lakes, purchase from ODR during business hours. Illinois State Permit not required.
